The pharmaceutical is active against amine oxidase [flavin-containing] A and amine oxidase [flavin-containing] B. In addition, it is known to target cytochrome P450 2C8, sodium-dependent noradrenaline transporter, sodium-dependent dopamine transporter, sodium-dependent serotonin transporter, and membrane primary amine oxidase.
